3 layer winter smoothie

This 3 layered winter smoothie is a bomb! Made with seasonal winter fruits like strawberries, guava, black grapes and oranges, its refreshing and really delicious. Its inspired by my recent trip to Dubai. With three gorgeous white, pink and orange layer, it kept me full and hydrated for long hours during the trip. Papaya smoothie

I have a thing for smoothies.They are just so amazing. Full of nutritional goodness of fruits, creamy and so yum! This papaya smoothie is made with yoghurt. Its pro-biotic, creamy, healthy, minty, easy and so delicious. I always gulp down two full glasses of it for breakfast. It can be made all year long and makes for a very healthy start to the day. This recipe requires just 5 ingredients and a blender. It is gluten free and you can make it vegan by substituting yoghurt with coconut milk, almond milk or just coconut water. Papaya is a tropical fruit which is usually available throughout the year in all countries. Its rich in fiber and helps in preventing constipation.
