Aam Panna (Raw Mango cooler)- Traditional Indian drink

AAM PANNA

Aam panna happens to be traditional Indian summer cooler. It's made in most of the Indian households in summer especially where sun is shining at it's best. It is known to prevent heat strokes and is an effective remedy for heat exhaustion. Made from raw mangoes, this is an ideal drink for summers.

Mint is my favourite herb. I somehow try to incorporate mint in as many dishes as I can. It's cooling and really beneficial during summers. I have added fresh mint to this drink, you can add dried mint too.
