Its a chocolate dessert cut into squares and usually served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some chocolate sauce. It can be made with nuts or without nuts, there are lot of variations of it. Unlike cake batter, brownie batter is quite dense and less aerated which explains the fudgy texture of brownies. This one bowl recipe is really very simple and comes together quickly. All the ingredients are mixed together in just one bowl and then the batter is poured in the tray for baking. The batter itself is so rich and gooey that it is to die for!
