Pad Thai- Thai stir-fried rice noodle dish

Pad Thai as the name suggests is a Thai stir fry dish made with rice noodles and vegetables which is popular all over the world. It's perfect when you are craving for something spicy and delicious and don't have too much time to cook.  It hits all the right notes and like most of the Thai dishes, it's got great balance of sweet, sour and spicy. So So good! These noodles are saucy, peanut-y, crunchy, flavourful and super healthy. Bonus, these are vegan, gluten-free and gets ready in under 20 minutes. Its got lots of garlic, onion and crunch from carrots and french beans. I can't tell you how much I love this dish, I have been having it twice  every week off-late. It comes together so quickly with just very few ingredients. I got  introduced  to Thai food some 7 years back when I stayed with my sis-in-law in Bangkok for a week at her mother's place. Our only agenda used to be eating at her favourite  restaurants  and  of course sipping ...

But first I have to make an announcement! I have started conducting cooking workshops and the response of both of my workshops has been amazing. Theme of my first workshop was Instant party food and second's was Healthy Soups and Salads and I am so glad that all of the participants loved the recipes and had such nice things to say after trying the recipes at their home. If you are interested in participating, do follow my pages on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated on future workshop announcements to register. OK, coming back to this soup! Egg-less Whole wheat apple pie pancakes

Don't we all love starting our day with a delicious breakfast! Sure I love having poha, upma, uttapam and sandwich but I also love my smoothies , chia pudding and pancakes for breakfast. Classic or chocolate, give me pancakes for breakfast and my day is made. Pancakes are usually made with flour and eggs but I like making them egg-less using whole wheat flour and they turn out as delicious as the ones made with flour. Its that time of the year when markets are beaming with fresh and crisp Indian apples. They are so crisp, juicy and delicious right now.  If you love apple crumble and apple pies as much as I do then you are going to love these pancakes. Cinnamon + butter + apples!  Oh my, your house is going to smell incredible when you make these pancakes. But don't you worry, there's hardly any butter or sugar in this recipe so these are healthy and at the same time delectable. And bonus is that they are made with mix of whole wheat flour and oat flour. Amazing ri...
