Mexican Grilled Pineapple and corn salad- easy, vibrant, crunchy, healthy and super flavorful!  I ate away so many grilled pineapple slices before making this salad. That sound of sizzle and caramelisation which happens when you put pineapple slices on hot grill is really something. Makes you wanna start gobbling the pineapple right away. Who isn't a fan of potato! As mush as I love deep fried potato in the form of french fries or potato wedges, I prefer having  Roasted potato wedges   or Tandoori Aloo which is just as comforting and delicious as the deep fried ones.
