Spanish Watermelon and Tomato Gazpacho

Gazpacho is a cold soup made of raw vegetables and fruits. It is widely eaten in Spain during summers. Raw vegetables and fruits are added to a liquidizer along with toasted bread till desired consistency is achieved. Toasted bread crumbs give gazpacho its body, else it becomes watery. Since cold soups retain nutrients of raw vegetables and fruits, they are healthier than hot soups. Plus there's hardly any effort required. In case you can't get your hands on yeast in this covid scenario, just substitute it with baking powder and baking soda.  Pizzas with both of these methods come out great and so many people have messaged me saying the same. While pizza dough with...

Order Pizzas much? Ever wondered how that pizza sauce is made? Foundation of any good pizza after the pizza dough is a delicious pizza sauce. A staple in Italian kitchen, Marinara is made with tomatoes, garlic, onion and herbs. Toss up your favourite pasta in it for a quick meal or make a gorgeous Pizza using it. Either way, this is a a recipe which you must hold on to! Insanely easy to make, I love this tongue ticking sauce which is a perfect blend of sweet and sour, not to mention the heat which is just at the right note. I can go on and on about how much I like Italian food but If I am ever being asked to pick my favorite dish then it has to be Spaghetti tossed up in this marinara sauce. Of-course, I would doll it up with fresh basil leaves and ex...
