Zero oil Potato rosti

Who isn't a fan of potato! As mush as I love deep fried potato in the form of french fries or potato wedges, I prefer having  Roasted potato wedges   or Tandoori Aloo which is just as comforting and delicious as the deep fried ones. Potato gnocchi in Marinara sauce on the blog is also a celebration of potatoes which you must try- it's simple yet very flavorful. Coming back to this recipe, Potato rosti is a Swiss dish which is made by cooking grated potatoes with butter in a pan till both sides are absolutely crispy. It's served all over the world with an egg for breakfast or with a salad for light lunch.  Speaking of salads, there are so many salad recipes on the blog like this Thai Rainbow Noodle salad , Colourful Kidney Bean salad , Watermelon and tomato salad which are all great as light meals. You can even serve potato rosti with grilled paneer and sauteed vegetables for a complete meal. I love making healthier version of recipes and this Zero oil potato ...

Ultimate Restaurant style salsa

I bring to you the Ultimate restaurant style salsa recipe! It's so good that I have honestly lost count of how many times I have made it till now. It takes just 10 minutes and it's the only recipe of salsa you will every need, tastes much much better than the ones you get at restaurant. Its tangy, zingy, spicy and bursting with freshness of coriander and coriander seeds. When we talk about Mexican food, salsa really is quintessential to this cuisine which is served with tacos, burritos, nachos and many more dishes. Without salsa, no Mexican dish is complete and I just love how everyone keeps going for more of it and cannot resist it. This salsa is so delicious that once you make it, you will want a batch of it all the time in your refrigerator.(Stays good in fridge for 2 days) I love Mexican cuisine as much as I love Italian food. While Italian food is know for its simplicity, Mexican food is characterised by spicy, smoky, garlicky and sour elements. Mango salsa...

Classic Hummus- Better than restaurant

This Hummus! Creamy, garlicky, lemony and so so delicious! Much much better than the ones you order at restaurants, it is really flavourful. You would want to eat this hummus with everything! May I also add that it's vegan, gluten-free and super healthy! Hummus is a middle eastern dip or spread made with boiled chickpeas, garlic and olive oil and is usually eaten with pita bread. One of the most popular ways of eating hummus is with falafel wraps. Soft pita bread+creamy hummus+ crispy falafel+ crunchy veggies! I am dreaming of a falafel sandwich already. Speaking of pita bread, I have this amazing whole wheat pita bread  on the blog which you must try. Soft and pillowy pita bread is great for scooping hummus and other crunchy vegetables to make delicious sandwiches. I have had hummus at so many restaurants in India but home-made hummus is much more delicious and creamier. I mean there's really no comparison, it's that good! Go ahead and customise  thi...
