Mexican fajita bowl with mango-jalapeno sauce- quick, healthy , colorful and so satisfying. It's the perfect weekday meal and will leave you wanting for more once it's over. It's that good! Think re fried beans , smoky fajita veggies, pickled purple cabbage, chopped mango over a bed of brown rice and then a tangy and spicy mango jalapeno sauce to tie everything together. Sounds delicious right?  Fajita is a grilled meat dish cooked with onion and bell peppers and served on a tortilla as a soft taco. Lettuce, Sour cream, restaurant style salsa, re-fried beans and guacamole are the condiments usually served with fajitas. It's filling and tastes very good.
