Its getting hot and in this heat, I always turn to cold salads and drinks to stay cool. Consuming drinks, fruits and vegetables keeps your body hydrated in summers. I love fruits, there's so much we can do with them! Rather than having them plain, I like to make fruit salads to make my palate interesting!!
Don't nibble on fried snacks, nibble on fruits and vegetables to keep hunger in check. Making salads hardly involve any time and preparation and the best part is that you will never feel guilty as much as you eat!!!
In the summer series, apart from desserts ,I'll be posting lot of recipes of salads, drinks and gazpachos too! So do stay tuned and subscribe to my blog by submitting your email address or like my facebook page @fascinatingfoodworld to save recipes.
