There is nothing better than starting day with a healthy and filling nutritional breakfast.I love smoothies, with or without dairy products, smoothies tastes glorious and carry big flavors. Having seasonal smoothies like Strawberry smoothie, Mango-spinach smoothie and Mango-oats smoothie for breakfast everyday is a part of my diet.
Banana is an excellent base for ultra creamy smoothies. Blending banana with seasonal fruits like strawberry, raspberry, mango and peaches with or without other additional ingredients like oats, milk, yoghurt makes for delicious and healthy breakfast. You must add atleast one delicious fruit of your choice for you to be able to enjoy it.
Smoothie in a bowl aka Smoothie bowl is the in thing. Empty your blended smoothie in a bowl and top it with your favourite healthy toppings like chocolate chips, dried fruits, sunflower and pumpkin seeds which will provide that perfect crunch against creamy smoothie. And then all that is left to do is enjoy the melted-ice cream like emulsion with a spoon.
This smoothie is made with seasonal peaches. You can even add in other fruits like mango and berries along with some greens like spinach or kale.

3 ripe peaches
2 Tsp maple syrup ( honey if not vegan)
1 Tsp chia seeds or basil seeds (sabja)
1/4th cup cherries
few chopped almonds
Additional toppings (optional)
Roughly chop banana and peach and blend in a food processor along with honey.
Empty smoothie in a serving bowl.
Top it with cherries, chia seeds, almonds and raisins.
